Job Description:
Salary: hourly, from $27 to $39 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications and region)
Responsibilities: manufacturing modular houses, installing components, performing construction work according to the project
Place of work: plants or factories specializing in the production of modular houses
Requirements:
Experience in the construction industry is a big advantage. Knowledge of structures and building materials, the ability to work with special tools will be useful.
Physical stamina and good physical condition as the job may involve lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks.
General terms and Conditions:
Housing is provided by the company or employer. This could be the provision of housing on the premises of the plant or assistance in finding housing in the area.
Free food is provided at the workplace, possibly in a cafeteria or canteen of the plant.
The work schedule can be individual, depending on the needs and projects of the company. Typically full time, including weekday work, but may require overtime.
