Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative agricultural business models or start-ups

Identify unmet needs and trends in agriculture and agribusiness markets

Lead projects in areas such as crop/livestock production, agritech, agri-processing, or services

Build partnerships with farmers, suppliers, investors, and institutions

Oversee budgeting, business planning, and financial management

Ensure compliance with agricultural, safety, and environmental regulations

Monitor and evaluate business performance and adapt strategies accordingly
