Vertical cassette system.
The vertical cassette system is a mold for vertical wall filling. The advantage of making walls with this equipment is that both panel surfaces are smooth, which means that the walls do not need further processing after installation, which is especially advantageous in the case of residential projects.

In addition, the cassette form can provide high productivity while minimizing the required workspace.

This cassette form has 8 working lines (cells) with a maximum size for panels up to 8.5x3.5m. This mold allows panels to be produced in various thicknesses using different sets of bottom base plates. The size can be at the request of the Buyer. The molds have polished working plates and are made of steel reinforcement. The opening and closing of the cylinders is carried out by a hydraulic pump unit with an electrical control panel. Lower bases with height adjustment and side blinds.

The offer includes a set of bottom base plates with adjustable height, 8 pcs.

As an option, can also offer a set of 2 side magnetic louvres per casting line. The shape of the battery can work for panels with different thicknesses; this can be achieved with new sets of bottom base plates and side flaps.

We can also supply any kind of door and window shutters. Hydraulic control unit. With a 12.5 liter engine. with. allows automatic execution of all opening and fastening movements from the electric control panel.
The device can be moved from the entire factory installation to serve multiple cassette molds.

This panel complies with safety legislation and has separate buttons for:
- Opening and closing the panels
- Emergency stop
- Starting the pump.

Pneumatic vibration system.
The kit includes a pneumatic vibrating system consisting of VSP vibrators operating independently and a manifold for connection to the customer's compressor.

Electric vibration system.
This electric vibrating system consists of electric vibrators mounted on a turntable chassis and a frequency converter.

Frequency converter
A moving chariot with a frequency converter supplies energy to the vibrators and thus controls the frequency supplied to the vibrating system. Achieve perfect control of concrete compaction and the best quality of the final product.
The frequency converter has selectors for activating different vibrator sequences, which makes it possible to activate vibration in only half of the table. The transducer has a selector for each vibrator. There is also a potentiometer and a digital display with the applied vibration frequency.
Heating system
As an option, the accumulator form can include a heating system with a closed circuit of finned tubes for hot water and insulating canvas covers.
