Work schedule : 8 hours/day

Overview :
Providing customers with friendly and professional service during the preparation of meat products for customer purchase and when presenting meat. Active participation in the formation of an environment of interaction between employees and customers.

Job description :

1. Providing customer service to meet their needs
2. Preparation of meat products
3. Tidying up the meat products area, as needed
4. Help in the meat department
5. Receiving orders for meat
6. Execution of special orders for meat products
7. Participation in professional development
8. Adherence to company meat standards and Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations
9. Adherence to and implementation of all applicable company standards
10. Performing administrative duties as needed
11. Provision of technical training for new employees and clerks
12. Assist the Meat Manager/Clerk in the Meat Products Department as needed

Professional requirements :
— Complete knowledge of department operations and work
— Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
- Secondary education certificate
— Minimum 12 months of work experience
