Ferme Thurso View Holsteins is currently hiring Livestock Support Workers and Farm Hands to assist with daily farm operations. This opportunity is open to both local and international applicants, with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Salary and Benefits:
Hourly Wage: CAD $16.10 — $27.00 per hour
Average Pay: CAD $18.00 — $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Overtime pay in accordance with Quebec labour laws

Visa Sponsorship:
Qualified international applicants will be supported through Canada’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP). The employer will provide LMIA support and guidance throughout the work permit application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Feeding and caring for livestock, especially dairy cattle
Cleaning and maintaining barns, stalls, and equipment
Assisting with milking operations
Monitoring animal health and reporting any issues
Operating basic farm tools and machinery (training provided)
Performing general farm maintenance and labour tasks
Requirements:
No formal education required (high school education is an advantage)
Previous farm or livestock experience is a plus
Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
Willingness to work in a rural farm environment
Basic English or French communication skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
