With a 150 t/h parallel recycling drum "RT 12.26," installed in 2014.

Pre-dosing: 12 bins, 14 m³ each, 2 collection belts,
1 lifting conveyor
Recycling Container: 2 bins
10 m³ capacity with elevator in the RC drum

Mixing Tower: 6-tier vibrating screen, 1 bypass

Hot Aggregate Bins: 6 bins, total capacity approx. 55 tons.

Weighing capacity: 4,000 kg of aggregate, 400 kg of filler, 400 kg of bitumen scale.

Mixer:
Twin-shaft forced-action mixer, 4,000 kg/batch.

Dust removal from filter: 48,000 Nm³/h filtration system
Drying drum: Benninghoven type TT1024 E, Ø 2.40 m x length 10.00 m

Benninghoven three-component burner. Monoblock burner BKS / gas / fuel oil EL, 23.7 MW per year, installed in 2012

Ready-mixed asphalt bins: Two bins for mixed material, 80 and 70 tons. Direct loading capacity: approx. 8 tons.

2 filling bins: 1 self-filling 50 m³, 1 external filler 50 m³
Bitumen tanks: 4 EB 60 S tanks, each 60 m³, vertical, electrically heated

Additional equipment
Addition system: SMA granulate type GRZ-C3 in an ISO container, liquid additive addition.

Control: Fully automatic control of the entire system from the control cabin via the screen (Online Batcher 3000)
