A representative of the Swedish company "Scandinavian&UK Machines AB" (SUMAB) invites you to learn about equipment for the production of concrete and concrete products, including mobile and stationary concrete plants, vibratory presses for paving slabs and curbs, equipment for the production of precast concrete wall panels and blocks, and cement unloading and storage equipment. Cold mix asphalt plants are also available.
SUMAB offers high-quality equipment at factory prices, without intermediaries.
The company provides a full range of services, including delivery, commissioning, and maintenance.
The SUMAB T 15 is a prefabricated concrete plant, ideal for construction and/or building materials companies seeking not only high plant productivity but, above all, high-quality concrete.
Capacity: 15 m³/h.
• 3 aggregate bins, 8 m³ each
• A 500-330-liter planetary mixer with skip feed is installed on a
platform with four metal supports. An automatic water cleaning system for the mixer after mixing is installed. A 200-liter cement silo (rock) with a vibrator is located above the mixer.
• The aggregate feed conveyor is located under the bins.
Length: 10 meters and width: 800 mm.
Aggregate feed is dosed by Siemens sensors.
Sensor load: 2000 kg.
Aggregate feed rate: at least 120 m³ per hour.
• 270-liter, 4 kW air compressor.
• Siemens automatic plant control system. Over 100 concrete recipes. Plant operation is controlled from a container office, where a control stand and a computer, including a printer, are installed.
• Compressor for operating automatic hydraulic valves.
Skip system.
Aggregates are transferred from storage depots to a 500-liter skip.
Sicoma 500/330-liter planetary mixer.
The concrete mixing equipment includes a planetary mixer and skip, both located on a special support platform. The mixer is mounted on a frame made of metal profiles with a support platform.
The mixer, with its planetary gear, is driven by a gearbox suitable for operation in heavy-duty industrial conditions.
The mixing system is designed in a star-shaped configuration with three rotating paddles and one external scraper. The mixer paddles, as well as the mixer itself, are coated with an anti-wear material.
Water is supplied to the mixer through the external parts using insert nozzles. Doors made of special rubber are installed on the mixer for inspection. A manual hydraulic pump allows the doors to be opened in the event of a power failure. The required proportions of aggregates are fed into the mixer via a skip, which loads them from a dosing device. A motor and gearbox then lift the skip along a metal cable to the mixer. Mechanical and electromechanical safety devices prevent the skip from falling if the cable breaks.
The paddle arrangement covers all parts of the mixer, ensuring high-quality concrete that meets international standards. A hydraulic system for collecting concrete samples during mixing can be installed upon request. The mixer has two drives with three paddles each.
A planetary mixer or a horizontal twin-shaft mixer can be supplied upon request.
Cement collection tank.
A 200 kg cement tank (rock) is located above the mixer.
A Siemens desktop computer. The PC allows for automated control of all concrete mixing processes.
Produces over 1,000 concrete formulas. A desktop Windows PC is installed upon the client's request. It has multiple security systems. Video surveillance systems can also be installed upon request. Surveillance cameras display everything on a computer monitor.
