Plant specifications and configuration:
Sumab T-100* 2 mixers is a prefabricated concrete plant with two mixers – a planetary mixer and a horizontal twin-shaft mixer.
Plant capacity: 100-120 m³ of concrete per hour.

Three aggregate storage facilities, each with a capacity of 20 m³. Each hopper is 3,500 x 4,000 mm. Batching system.
Total aggregate capacity with additional sides exceeds 120 m³.
Aggregate conveyor system.

Sicoma MP twin-shaft horizontal mixer, 3,000/2,000 liters.
Planetary mixer, 1,500/1,000 liters.
Cement collection tank.
Cement tanks (1,300 kg + 500 kg) are located above the mixers.

Water supply system, 700 + 350 l/min.
Chemical admixture supply system, 2 + 2 pumps.

Siemens desktop computer. PC enables automated control of all concrete mixing processes. It produces over 200 concrete formulas.

A summer or winter version of the plant can be supplied upon request.
