Cement Batching.
The cement batcher has a geometric capacity of 1 m³ and is electropneumatically opened using a butterfly valve, actuated by a pneumatic cylinder with an external aluminum coating (63 mm diameter, 150 mm stroke) and an aeration system. A 100 kg vibrator is included. Equipped with a 3-cell weighing system with a 1000 kg capacity (class C3)
Euro Hoppertor filter for dust removal during cement dosing with pneumatic cleaning. Features the following technical specifications:
Filtering surface: 1 m³
Polyester non-woven fabric sleeves (Polypleat)
Compressed air cleaning system with upward-firing pressure, operating pressure from 5 to 6 bar

Water supply.
Galvanized dispenser for clean or recycled water, 0.3 m³ geometric capacity with electro-pneumatic opening via a butterfly valve actuated by a pneumatic cylinder with an aluminum exterior, and a weighing system with 1 load cell (Soc. Coop. Bilanciai) with a 300 kg capacity (class C3) with a digital display. A water dispenser with an electronic pulse meter and a 1/2" ball valve with an electro-pneumatic shut-off valve. A digital display with automatic dosing stop is mounted on the control panel. A water filtration system removes impurities.

Mixer
MEB 2000/1350 twin-shaft mixer with a 1.33 m³ vibrated concrete output,
- 2 x 22 kW (30 hp) motors
- 2 counter-rotating mixing shafts, synchronized with each other, reinforced bushings for anti-slip protection with a seal.
- 15 mm thick Hardox 500 HB bottom armor plate, reduced dimensions for ease of maintenance
- 15 mm thick Hardox 500 HB sector-shaped side armor
- Mixing paddle holders made of spheroidal graphite cast iron, bolted to the shafts.
- 16 mixing paddles made of 750 HB chrome alloy, with fixed profiles and perpendicular mounting relative to the tank plates.
- Scraper paddles for cleaning the side surfaces made of 750 HB chrome alloy.

A dispenser for 2 liquid chemical additives consists of:
- 2 stainless steel tanks, each 12 liters, equipped with a safety float to prevent liquid overflow.
- 2 load cells with an accuracy class of +/- 0.03%.

Pneumatic system
1 compressor with a 500-liter reservoir and 2 4 kW motors – air flow rate 514 l/min – 11 bar.
1 galvanized air supply line for 4 pneumatic cylinders.

Industrial Computer
Dornerbatch-Rmx automated control system - a fully electronic system with weighing and verification using a microprocessor designed specifically for concrete mixing plants.
