The Sumab F-2200 mobile concrete plant is designed for the production of high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures, with a capacity of 60-80 m³ per hour.

The exact plant performance depends on the type and grade of concrete produced, as well as the aggregates used, cement, and the amount of chemical additives.

The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a user-friendly control cabin and an automatic plant control system.
The modern Icon computer system allows for the production of 25 concrete formulas and grades. It is possible to print out each ready-mixed batch in kilograms and percentages, as well as aggregates or cement during concrete mixing.

The basic plant configuration includes the following components:
1. Fully automated mobile concrete plant, with a capacity of 40-60-80 m³ per hour. Located on a container frame.

2. Four aggregate bins.

3. Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the planetary mixer. Dosing accuracy: +/- 100 g. Siemens, Germany.

4. Conveyor for feeding aggregates from the bins to the mixer, incl. 4.5 kW electric motor located under the bins.

5. 2200/1450 liter pan mixer, coated with a 12 mm layer of special steel.
5 quick-release paddles with fiberglass tips. Automatically opening ready-mix concrete feed flap.

6. 500-liter galvanized water tank with a built-in Danfoss pump and water dispenser.

7. Mobile concrete plant control panel. Manual control keyboard. Soft-touch screen. Siemens PC automatic plant control. 50 concrete grades with the ability to change the concrete grade before each batch. Printer with ready-mix mix data in kg and %. Performance per batch, hour, shift, and month

8. Chemical additive pump with hose automatically controlled by a PC

9. High-pressure compressor 160 BAR for cleaning the concrete plant

10. Air compressor 10 BAR
