Cement batcher
It has a geometric capacity of 2 m³ with electro-pneumatic opening using a throttle valve actuated by a pneumatic cylinder with an aluminum body (63 mm diameter, 150 mm stroke) and an aeration system. Equipped with a weighing system with three 1,500 kg load cells – class C3

Galvanized water dispenser,
clean or recycled, 1 m³ geometric capacity with electropneumatic opening via a butterfly valve actuated by a pneumatic cylinder with an external aluminum coating, and a loading system with one 1,000 kg load cell – class C3

2+2 double-plate vibrators with a 200 kg force are installed between the first and second sand bin nozzles
1+1 plate vibrator with a 200 kg force, installed in the aggregate dispenser

Electric control panel for the concrete mixing plant

IP 55 protection rating, synoptic control panel with color switches, buttons, and signaling lights. Fuse-operated limit switch.
Electronic auxiliary protection module, magnetothermal protection.
Auxiliary key start. Ammeter and voltmeter. Terminal block for cable connections. Telemecanique components used.

Pneumatic system
1 compressor with a 700-liter tank and 2 4 kW motors – air flow 1028 l/min – 11 bar – electrical control panel located in line with the compressor.
1 galvanized air supply line for 4 pneumatic cylinders.

Concrete Mixer
The MEB 4500/3000 twin-shaft horizontal mixer, with a 4,500-liter capacity and a 3,000-liter concrete output, features the following specifications:
- Two electric motors, 55 kW (70 hp) each.
- Two counter-rotating, synchronized shafts, with slip-protected mixing shaft safety clutches.
- Bottom armor made of 15 mm thick Hardox 500 HB plates, compact in size and easy to replace during maintenance.
- Side armor made of 15 mm thick Hardox 500 HB plates.
- Cast iron blade holders bolted to the shafts.
- Side scrapers made of 750 HB chrome alloy. - 18 mixing paddles made of 750 HB hard chrome alloy. The paddles have a profile fixed and held perpendicular to the tank plates.
- Side scrapers made of 750 HB chrome alloy.

5,000 formulas (expandable), order and delivery data management, issuance of shipping documents in Italian standard format and the ability to format them according to customer forms, ASCII recording and easy transfer to any other delivery note system, accounting for 3,000 customers and suppliers, 5,000 assignments and delivery notes with corresponding cycle data in memory, cycle data printout, automatic raw material warehouse management, production reporting, alarm recording, 9 user levels with different passwords.
