Our equipment can produce various types of interior and exterior wall panels, as well as floor panels, used in the construction of private and multi-story homes, as well as various types of buildings and structures.
Advantages of prefabricated panels:
Prefabricated panels are delivered to the site completely ready for installation. They include window and door connectors, electrical boxes, and valves already installed. Panels are manufactured entirely to your specifications and delivered using the "just-in-time" method—installation directly from the machine to the site, making the work process more efficient.
Fast installation:
- Short construction time
- Efficient workflow
- Labor savings
- Prefabricated panel technology reduces production costs.
- Environmentally friendly work environment
- High quality
Our equipment can produce various types of wall panels.
1. Energy-saving panel
The panel is manufactured using additional insulating materials. The panel is easily plastered, allowing for a very low U-value. The result is a monolithic façade with high thermal insulation. The interior of the panel is easily finished with putty.
Thickness: 350-500 mm. U-value: 0.09-0.16 J/m².
2. Monolithic Panel
This panel is plastered on the façade side to give the wall a monolithic appearance. It has excellent thermal insulation. The interior of the panel is made of expanded clay concrete or other insulating materials, depending on the load. The interior is easily finished with putty.
Thickness: 300-400 mm. U-value: 0.12-0.20 J/m².
3. Exterior Panel
This exterior panel has visible seams, ready for finishing. The exterior can be stippled, matte, or smooth. The interior is easily finished with putty.
Thickness: 300-400 mm. Heat transfer coefficient of 0.12-0.20 J/m²
4. Load-bearing panel
A load-bearing panel/wall treated with foam insulation. Designed for the construction of houses planned to have a brick finish. The interior is easily finished with putty.
Thickness: 100-150 mm (excluding insulation)
5. Basement/underground panel
Designed for the construction of buildings that will be located completely or partially underground. The surface is treated with drier foam insulation.
Thickness: 300-350 mm. Heat transfer coefficient: 0.16 to 0.21 J/m² (varies depending on the insulation).
6. Internal wall panel
Used in the construction of insulated houses with energy-saving and heat-retaining properties. Unlike apartment walls, these walls have a high level of sound insulation,
since the insulated walls have high sound absorption. Expanded clay concrete is impermeable
to moisture, preventing high humidity levels in the room. The surface is easily treated with putty. Thickness ranges from 100 to 300 mm.
Panels manufactured on our equipment comply with European standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Nordcert certification standards.
All panels manufactured on our equipment are certified for CE/BBC marking compliance, confirming the highest quality of our concrete elements.
