Pile/pillar molds are specifically designed and manufactured to produce the same product at high productivity.
These combined foundation pile molds can be manufactured to any size required by customers.
In this case, the battery mold in question would be 15 m long and have 5 strips for the SV95 model and 4 strips for the CB105 model, producing piles with sections of 165x240/165 mm and 200x180/190 mm.
The mold features silent blocks with neoprene to absorb vibration, minimizing its transmission to the factory foundations. The chassis is constructed of structural tubing for maximum rigidity, while the substructure features laminated steel sections. Battery molds typically have 6 mm thick sheets for surface contact with the concrete. The mold contains a vibration system consisting of air vibrators located under the table.
The mold blocks are similar to column molds. Once the required separators are positioned to achieve the desired pile length, the reinforcement is attached and the concrete is poured.
Once the concrete is placed, the separators are removed, and the slabs are removed and stored using a balancing beam and crane.
This battery block mold can also be equipped with a heating system designed according to customer requirements.
