Technical Specifications and Equipment of the Sumab T-40 Plant
Pre-fabricated concrete plant, capacity 30-40 m³/hour. The structure is made of stainless galvanized steel.

The Sumab T-40 is a prefabricated concrete plant, ideal for construction companies and/or building materials manufacturers.

Three in-line aggregate storage bins, each with a capacity of 15 m³, have automatically opening dampers. The dampers are opened pneumatically.

A Sicoma 750-500 liter planetary mixer with skip feed is installed on a platform with four metal supports. An automatic water cleaning system cleans the mixer after mixing. A 300-liter cement hopper with a vibrator is located above the mixer.

The aggregate feed conveyor is located beneath the bins. It is 10 meters long and 800 mm wide. Aggregate feed is dosed using Siemens sensors. The sensor load is 2000 kg. The aggregate feed rate is at least 120 m³ per hour.

Prior to delivery, the plant is coated with anti-corrosion emulsion and white paint (RAL 9002) and blue paint (RAL 5012).

Cement is supplied via a 220 mm, 6000 mm long screw auger. Two augers are included.

The concrete mixing equipment includes a planetary mixer and skip, both mounted on a special support platform. The mixer is mounted on a frame made of metal profiles with a support platform.

The mixer, with its planetary gear, is driven by a gearbox suitable for operation in harsh industrial conditions.

Water is supplied to the mixer through the external parts of the mixer using insertable nozzles.

Mechanical and electromechanical safety devices prevent the skip from falling if the cable breaks.

The concrete plant can be covered with 60 mm thick insulated sandwich panels (optional).
