Plant specifications and components:
Sumab T-100 is a prefabricated concrete plant.

Plant capacity up to 100 m³ of concrete per hour.

4 aggregate storage bins, 20 m³ each. Each bin is 3500 x 4000 mm. Batching system.
The total aggregate capacity with additional sides is over 120 m³.
Aggregate conveyor system.

Sicoma MP 300/2000 liter twin-shaft horizontal mixer.

Cement collection tank.
A 1300 kg cement tank is located above the mixer.

Water dosing system: 700 l/min.

2 chemical additive pumps.

A Siemens desktop computer. PC allows for automated control of all concrete mixing processes. It produces 200 concrete recipes.

A summer or winter version of the plant can be supplied upon request.
