Press roller briquetting mod. PBV-22MP (22MPG) is a design without a permanent type, all the main components are mounted on a single frame, which facilitates transportation and installation of the press. It is completed with the subpress driver. Productivity from 4 to 8 tons per hour

The main components of the press: two work rolls with cushions, a loading device, a device for clamping the rolls and protecting the press from overloading, a drive for the press.

The press with the drive and the loading device is assembled on a common frame. Work rolls are installed in the bearings and mounted on the frame. The drive roller is fixed, the driven roller can move a certain amount when the specified pressing force is exceeded. The rolls are interconnected by means of clamping devices of mechanical (previously clamped packages of disc springs installed in cylindrical bodies) or hydraulic type (hydraulic cylinders). The loading device is equipped with a gate valve, providing a uniform and adjustable supply of the mixture to the rolls. In the drive of the press there are protective elements that prevent its damage in case of accidental overloads. To protect the components and parts of the press from possible damage in case of accidental overloads, protective elements are provided in the press drive.
