The WD 300/350 KBA Walter multi-saw machine is designed for sawing double-edged timber with high productivity into edged lumber. The workpiece is fed by a caterpillar conveyor. Stepless electronic feed speed adjustment allows you to select the optimal sawing mode. The claw guard provides effective protection against the back ejection of a board or slab. The thickness of the resulting workpiece depends on the spacers between the saws, while the saws on both shafts are in the same vertical plane, which makes it possible to use saws of smaller diameter and smaller thickness, the advantage of this solution is a smaller cut (reducing material consumption and reducing energy consumption ). Multi-saw machines of this type are used in large industrial enterprises, as well as in small workshops that process wood.
