During long-term storage of cement, even under favorable conditions, cement caking occurs, losing its activity. To restore the quality of stale, damaged cement, when it partially sets, the "Crusher-activator" is intended. Recovery is carried out by repeated, fine grinding at the first stage of processing and subsequent mechanical activation at the second stage of processing. Complex processing in combination with mechanical activation of caked cement increases its activity several times due to the disaggregation of binder particles and damage (removal) of the surface crust of carbonate. In the process of processing the material, due to activation, deformation energy accumulates in the particles, the materials acquire new, additional properties of increased activity, which are realized in subsequent technological processes. To implement the above processes, I offer drawings of the "Crusher-activator" Installation and, if necessary, assistance in manufacturing, online.
