Description

The universal conveyor fryer allows you to fry a wide range of products such as: nuts, chips, chicken wings, chicken nuggets, patties, pies, schnitzels, french fries, snacks and other products - the range of products can be easily expanded with additional modules.

In terms of its functions and capabilities, it is comparable to professional industrial fryers, while the additional modules allow you to fry almost any product!

Basic version

The basic version consists of a working bath made out of food-grade stainless steel, a body with thermal insulation and an external decorative casing made out of polished stainless steel, inside which a working conveyor with a fine-mesh cloth made out of stainless steel intended for use in the food industry is installed. The unit is equipped with a heating system with individual thermostats for each heating element and a system for smooth control of the conveyor speed with a wide setting range: from a few seconds up to an hour. The control system is installed on the body of the working bath for convenient and quick adjustment of the operating parameters. The electrical panel with heating elements can be easily dismantled for quick and easy cleaning of the unit, due to the system of brackets and connectors.

Under the working area there is a “cold zone”. Particles of the product, dry or wet breading/liaison, that get into the frying zone, pass through a fine-mesh sieve directly into the “cold zone”, below the level of heating elements. Inside the cold zone, the frying process stops, which slows down the process of oil deterioration, its carbonization and increases its service life.

The walls of the case are equipped with 15 mm thermal insulation with a heat-reflecting effect.

The basic version of the fryer can be used to fry: Nuts - hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, Brazilian nuts, peanuts, pistachios, macadamia, cashews, almonds as well as chestnuts. It can also be used to fry products with a low air or water content, that do not float in oil.

Additional modules

• A second upper (pressure) conveyor belt - for frying products with a higher air or water content, which will forcibly submerge such products in oil for an even result.
• Paddle conveyor - for frying light and thin products that stay on the surface of oil during the frying process. The specially curved windmill shaped blades gently force the slices of food beneath the oil level and move them along the working area, allowing for complete and even frying.
