I offer a design for a "Fine Grinding Crusher - Activator." Online manufacturing assistance is available if needed. This device is designed for continuous (in-line) grinding into powder with simultaneous mechanical activation of bulk organic and inorganic materials of various origins.
During processing, in addition to grinding, additional mechanical activation of the materials occurs, resulting in additional properties and increased activity. It is not intended for grinding non-crushable (usually metallic) inclusions, or for materials that are wet (more than 40%), greasy, sticky, fibrous, or explosive.

Specifications: - Workpiece hardness up to 6 on the Mohs scale. - Productivity up to 500 kg/hour. - Initial feed size 20–25 mm. The initial product fraction (using coal as an example) is 80% smaller than 40 microns. - Electrical power 15 kW.
P. S. Productivity, initial feed size, and finished product size depend on the material characteristics (physical and mechanical properties of the feedstock) and grinding fineness. Can be used for co-grinding, effective mixing, and mechanical activation of several materials.
It is used in the agricultural, food, pharmaceutical, and biochemical industries as industrial equipment for grinding powders during production.
